OCCUPIED HOMES
We will work gently, yet confidently with you or your client to highlight all the wonderful features in your space, maximizing the impact of existing belongings and supplementing with our own materials when necessary. Our occupied home staging is billed at an hourly rate, and we can even arrange to support you, providing final personal touches, on the day of photography!
vacant homes
We will assess your vacant home and consult with you on the number and style of rooms you’d like staged for presentation. Then, we’ll provide our own furniture and decor, specifically chosen for your space to bring out its best features. Our vacant home staging is billed per room, with all installation and tear down included in the package price. Plus, day-of-photography support is included automatically!
